We have more than 80 sets gear hobbing machine, and over 20 CNC machines, with an approx 50,000 square meter plant area, we produce more than 80% parts in house, and are capable of designing stretching mould by ourselves.Our R&D Dept. is divided into 2 divisions, Motor divison and Gearbox division, which consist of 16 technicians, including 6 engineers, all of our staffs are ready to assist you to approach the best solution you may or may not awared of.
Our QC Dept. owns over 32 staff which reach a 8% percentage of our total staff number, they are assigned incharge of different positions, such like IQC,IPQC,FQC,OQC, in order to detect any threat to the product quality prior to shipping to you, and each strict inspection are implemented with advanced equipment, such as weatherometer, insulative box, and temperature chamber, etc.
